Our CSR strategy reflects the collective views and goals of all of our employees and is also run by them. We pursue creating change via three main avenues; the community, the environment and our people. To make as much impact as we can, an internal CSR team look at all of the ways we can give back and spur business-wide discussions to ensure we make a difference. Here’s how we do it…
We have a proud commitment to The Princes Trust as our chosen charity. Our work with the charity includes anything from holding employability days at our office, attending events with the Princes Trust to help young people boost their job skills, and donating our fundraising activity back to the charity to help them continue to do the work that they do best.
From going green in the office, to improving our carbon footprint on the way to work, we keep the environment at the top of our agenda. Our eco-friendly suppliers, recycling schemes and carbon-free travel options are some of the ways we improve our contribution to the environment.
This area of CSR is always adapting and growing. A commitment to giving staff a voice, improving their learning and development opportunities and creating new staff initiatives based on the real demands of our people, makes this a job that we’re glad is never finished and is always getting better.
